You may cancel your order at no extra cost under the following conditions:

  • Before Shipping: You can cancel your order at any time before it is shipped.
  • After Payment: If your order has been paid for, please contact us within 12 hours to request changes or cancellation.
  • After 12 hours: If your order has entered processing or been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products.

  • Return Window: Returns accepted within 35 calendar days of delivery.
  • Product Condition: Item must be new, unused, undamaged, and returned in original packaging with all accessories and manuals.

✅ You received the wrong item or item does not match the listing
✅ Item is damaged or defective upon arrival
✅ There are quality or compatibility issues caused by us
✅ You changed your mind (as long as the return conditions are met)

3.1 Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and verify the returned item
  • Refunds are credited back to the original payment method
  • You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is issued

3.2 Refunds Not Available If:

  • Delivery failed due to wrong address provided by customer
  • Product damaged due to misuse, installation error, or wear and tear
  • Delays caused by customs, weather, or other external factors
